Practical usefulness first
Every guide must answer a recognizable PDF or document-handling question and connect advice to the actual behavior of common file formats and Pageivo tools. We avoid padding articles with unrelated definitions merely to increase length.
Technical claims
We distinguish format behavior from product behavior. When a Pageivo operation rasterizes a page, copies original PDF pages, removes common metadata or applies encryption, the guide explains the consequence instead of implying that every PDF structure is preserved.
Privacy language
We use specific language such as browser-local processing rather than vague claims of absolute anonymity. Local processing reduces the need to upload selected files for the operation, but users still need to consider their device, browser extensions, downloads folder and wider security environment.
Corrections
If a guide conflicts with current Pageivo behavior, we update the guide. Material technical corrections are prioritized over preserving old wording or publication dates.
